However at times we may need to run a credit / background check to evaluate your unique situation. This process will allow us to completely understand your specific credit / background situation and refer you to the landlord that will get you qualified. In the case that we do run a credit / background check there will be a fee of $19.99 per adult.

- Fill out Authorization Form. Make sure to specify the agent you are working with at the bottom of the authorization form
- Use PayPal to pay
- Fax Authorization Form and PayPal Confirmation Page to your agent
